Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you use megalecture.com or buy from us. Please read them; by using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

The site is run by Mega Lecture Technology (Private) Limited, a company registered in Pakistan (SECP CUIN 0152717, NTN 8213327-8), trading as Mega Lecture. Our contact details are at the end of these terms.

2. What we provide

• Live online classes and tutoring, one-to-one or in small groups, arranged with a coordinator.
• Recorded video courses, bought once and watched online in your account.
• Free study notes and practice tests, available to everyone.

3. Your account

Give correct details when you register or order, and keep your password private. A purchased course is for the person who bought it: do not share your login. If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian should arrange and pay for classes.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include everything you pay us; there are no hidden charges.
• You pay through the methods offered at checkout. Card and wallet payments are processed by the payment provider on its own secure page.
• An order is confirmed when payment is received. Fees for live classes are agreed with you before you pay.
• If a price is shown wrongly by mistake, we will tell you before taking payment, or refund you if you have already paid.

5. Delivery, refunds and cancellations

Courses are delivered online as soon as payment is confirmed; nothing is shipped. Refunds and cancellations follow our Refund, cancellation and delivery policy.

6. Using our content

Our videos, notes, tests and other material belong to Mega Lecture or to the teachers who made them. You may use them for your own study. You may not copy, record, resell, upload or share them publicly without our written permission.

7. Behaviour

Treat teachers, students and staff with respect in classes and messages. Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, no spam, and nothing unlawful or harmful. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.

8. Our responsibility

We work hard to make our teaching and material accurate and useful, but we cannot promise any particular exam result. If something goes wrong with a purchase, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version on this page with the latest date applies to new orders.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction.
