Refund, cancellation and delivery policy

This policy explains how our services are delivered, and when and how you can cancel or get a refund. It applies to everything bought on megalecture.com from Mega Lecture Technology (Private) Limited (trading as Mega Lecture).

1. Delivery

• Everything we sell is digital. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no delivery charges and nothing to return.
• Video courses: access is given as soon as your payment is confirmed. The course appears in your dashboard under Enrolled courses, and you get a confirmation email. For a bank transfer, access is given once the transfer and your receipt reach us.
• Live classes and tutoring: classes are held online at the times agreed with your coordinator before payment.
• If you have paid and cannot see your course, contact us with your order number and we will fix it.

2. Video courses: refunds

You can have a full refund of a video course if both of these are true:

• you ask within 7 days of the purchase date, and
• you have opened less than 20% of the course's lessons.

After 7 days, or once 20% or more of the lessons have been opened, the course is not refundable, because the content has been delivered. When a refund is made, access to the course ends.

3. Live classes and tutoring: cancellations

• Fees for live classes and tutoring are not refundable once paid.
• If you cannot attend a booked class, tell your coordinator and the class will be rescheduled.
• You can stop future classes at any time by telling your coordinator; you will not be asked to pay for classes after that.
• The demo class is free, so there is nothing to refund for it.

4. Payment problems

If you were charged twice for the same order, or charged for an order that was not created, the extra amount is always refunded in full, whatever the time since payment.

5. Cancelling an order before payment

Nothing is charged for an order until you pay. If you placed an order and no longer want it, tell us and we will cancel it.

6. How to ask for a refund or cancellation

Send your order number, the name and phone number used at checkout, and the reason, by email to megalecture@gmail.com or WhatsApp to +92 336 7801123. We reply to confirm whether the refund is approved.

7. How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the bank account you give us, in PKR, within 7 working days of approval. The full amount you paid for the refunded item is returned.
