Who runs Mega Lecture?
Mega Lecture is the trading name of Mega Lecture Technology (Private) Limited, registered with the SECP (CUIN 0152717, NTN 8213327-8). Our office is at the National Incubation Center, Street 6, Sector H-9, Islamabad, Pakistan.
What does Mega Lecture offer?
Three things: live online classes (one-to-one and small groups) for O Level, IGCSE, A Level, GCSE, IB, SAT, NET, MDCAT and CSS; recorded video courses you buy once and watch online; and free study notes and practice tests that anyone can use without paying.
Are the study notes and practice tests really free?
Yes. Notes, worksheets and the practice tests are free to read and use, and you do not need an account to open them.
In which currency are prices shown and charged?
All prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and you are charged in PKR. Visitors outside Pakistan may also see an approximate dollar figure as a guide; your bank or card issuer converts the PKR amount at its own rate.
How can I pay?
You choose a payment method at checkout. The methods offered are shown there (for example bank transfer, mobile wallet or debit/credit card). Card and wallet payments are completed on the payment provider's own secure page; we never see or store your card number.
When do I get access to a video course?
As soon as your payment is confirmed. The course then appears in your dashboard under Enrolled courses. For a bank transfer, access is given once we have received the transfer and your receipt.
How do live classes work?
Book a free demo class first. After it, a coordinator agrees the subject, teacher, timings and fee with you before anything is paid. Classes are held online.
Can I get a refund?
For a video course, yes: if you ask within 7 days of buying and have opened less than 20% of its lessons, you get a full refund. Live classes are not refunded once paid, but a class you cannot attend can be rescheduled. Full details are in our Refund, cancellation and delivery policy.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer to your bank account within 7 working days of approval.
I was charged twice, or paid but have no access. What do I do?
Contact us with your order number on WhatsApp (+92 336 7801123) or by email (megalecture@gmail.com). A duplicate payment is always refunded in full, and a missing course is unlocked as soon as we confirm the payment.
Can I share my course login?
No. A course is for the person who bought it. Sharing logins or copying course videos is not allowed under our terms.
Do you sell physical books or post anything?
No. Everything we sell is delivered online: video courses in your dashboard and classes over the internet. Nothing is shipped.
How do you use my personal information?
Only to provide our classes and courses, handle payments and reply to you. We do not sell it. See our Privacy policy.
